"Literally the best rates in the area. I was a five year platinum loyalty member with progressive and they still got me the exact same coverage I had for 20 bucks less a month, which with my vehicle and driving record is huge--my car is 30 years old and my driving record is pristine so I was only paying 70 per month liability with roadside coverage and whatnot. Now I'm at 50. Can't even get a cheeseburger for 50 bucks these days seems like so that's one hell of a reduction, what is that like 30 percent? And on top of that this office has gone above and beyond to help me out through some issues I've been dealing with, i.e. a layoff out of nowhere, my phone was cut off until unemployment deems me worthy enough to return my phone calls--was 558 people ahead of me last time I checked. They took it all in stride and did whatever they could to help me get policy changes done and everything without making me use the last of my gas to go down to an office or borrow someone's phone to make calls. I truly appreciate Eric and See for their compassion and empathy towards their fellow human being, something sorely lacking in the insurance business these days. Actually insurance has been lacking that the entire 46 years I've been on this planet if I'm not mistaken. Maybe all of state farm is the same way, I don't know, but what I do know is this crew IS good people, and they've got a customer for as long as I have things that need insuring. If you're looking for insurance and you want a personal experience like back in the 90's and before, look no further, it's right here, and it's cheaper than that other place that makes you argue and scream at a robot for an hour before you can speak with an actual human that can help you."

"Eric has been sending me letters for years, ive just been putting them in the insurance folder disregarding and dismissing them. I finally got fed up with progressive constantly charging me more every 6 months for no reason and the fake discounts that are just basic stuff like auto pay and multi policy discounts, i found the mail i called got a quote from Kim (who was wonderfull to deal with ask for kim) and dropped me bill over 200 bucks. If you are at all unsure about switching company's due to the amount of time you've been with said company do yourself a favor and atleast get a quote, the worst you can say is no thanks but the best outcome is saveing you and your family hundreds every month. There's no such thing as loyalty when it comes to corporate buisness and progressive is a good example of that"

"As a new comer to State Farm, I admit I was a bit concerned/nervous stepping out of the box, *but once the conversation started I felt the smile * which is (Vital) for any Establishment, I 've been in Public Services, then came a laff* from both ends of the live wire, ok, ok I can do this. My anxiety went away when I was quoted the price for my auto insurance, what a significant $$ difference compared to where I came from, and still maintaining the coverage I had. Seriously, I'm still like *4real?? Then to top-it- off looking at the reviews just visualizing]] the 5* in color ratings all the way across the board without reading any reviews yet,!!! I'm -N- for the long haul, Ty, State Farm!!! Dee, and to all affiliates for letting me ride w/u!!!!"

"I have had insurance with Erics office for a few years. Recently I had an issue and contacted Eric's office and they gave great service when I had to have my car towed. They did all the work of setting up a tow company. I was very stressed about the situation and they made things so much easier."

"They were great until they weren't. I called to ask why my policy increased by $65 per month. She said all rates went up so thats your new rate. By 60%? Thats crazy! I did have a comprehensive claim to fix a bumper last summer (the only claim ive ever had in 15 years of driving) so if this were the cause of the rate change, she could have explained but instead wouldn't give me any explanation. If my claim is the reason for such a big difference in rate, im essentially just paying for the bumper myself!"
